The ancient practice of moving meditation. Yoga has been alive and well in India for thousands of years. Since the 1970’s it’s spread quickly throughout the Western world. It has evolved into dozens of new styles, each with their own manifesto. All in the hopes to meet the ever changing and different needs of the Western lifestyle. But why do people do it? Many theorize that moving meditation prepares one for mental meditation. Through mental meditation one can also find true happiness with the self.
