  6. Get sign-off on Letter from Nonprofit
  7. Nonprofit drafts Engagement Description
  8. Executive Director approves Engagement Description
  9. Recruitment Director drafts Job Description(s)
  10. Nonprofit approves Job Description(s)
  11. Engagement and Job Descriptions get posted to the HF website
  12. Assign Nonprofit a username and password for extranet
