Allison Beyer-Clausen
Executive Director
Allison grew up in Minnesota and moved to New York just after finishing college. She began her career in marketing at Tommy Hilfiger, where she managed their international advertising and the US mens business. She went on to work at an advertising agency called Lipman where she ran the Burberry and David Yurman accounts. Her next stop was Calvin Klein, working in their in-house agency. Allison coordinated all branding activities for Women's swim and coats, Men's furnishings and watches. Following that position, Allison accepted the position of Senior Marketing Manager for Dolce & Gabbana. She managed media, events, and all other brand related activities for Dolce and D&G in the US. Most recently, Allison was an Account Director at the advertising agency BBH. During her tenure there she oversaw the account management of the Levi's, and Dyson and Vaseline accounts. While Allison has truly enjoyed her career thus far, her position at Happiness is the one of which she is most proud. Allison believes happiness is one of the most elusive emotions for our society. The ability to make others happy is one of our greatest gifts, as it is the easiest ways to find happiness within yourself. She sees the Happiness Foundation as a remarkable opportunity to share this gift with others.
