The Board of Directors is responsible for supervision of the strategic direction of the Foundation. The responsibilities include:
- Select and nominate Nonprofits
- Recruit and hire executive staff
- Supervise and mentor executive staff
- Ensure effective organisational planning
- Ensure adequate resources
- Manage resources effectively
- Enhance the Foundation's public image
